Our Story
Breskman Properties is owned and managed by Louis and Lina Breskman, a local Ann Arbor family dedicated to providing high-quality student housing near the University of Michigan.
Louis brings over 20 years of experience in real estate and studied business at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Outside of work, he enjoys rowing and spending time in nature.
Lina, who is half Italian and half German, moved to Michigan out of love and quickly developed a deep appreciation for Ann Arbor. She is passionate about interior design, architecture, and renovating older homes, and enjoys bringing new life and thoughtful design to each property.
Together, Louis and Lina have five children and are deeply involved in the Ann Arbor community. As a family, they are enthusiastic supporters of Michigan athletics and love attending as many Wolverine sporting events as possible throughout the year.
